Fun insight into freediving

Heheh, love that one. :D
I once used that article to introduce my colleagues to what I do. They took it the right way, too.

What a good read that is. Although I'm sure its a good time, I just couldn't push myself tp put all that scuba gear on. It just isn't natural. And I love the way freediving will push you to give up the things which you love the most, like coffee, or caffiene in general. I dont drink coffee for at least a day before I dive. Don't eat to much when diving/doing static. And I am pushing ever so hard everyday to increase my lung volume, tune my body to absolute perfection.
There is just something relaxing about apnea, after diving, I just want to go home, and have the best sleep of my life, with all my worries left in the water. "Reborn" was a terrific way of putting it, air could never taste so sweet. I almost feel bad for the people that don't get to experience it, but as they say, to each their own.

Happy diving.:)
