Gara Professional help, advice needed!

I'm writing on behalf of my friend, cause he doesn't know English very well. He has a problem with Gara Professional fins. If You could guys have a look on attached photos and say which glue should he use to fix it, I would be very grateful....:head

Looks exactly like the photos of Osusim in another thread - simply have the friend contacting the distributor and have them replaced. Either it was a faulty batch, or it is a problem in the design. In both cases they should accept free replacement, even if it is a few months over the warranty.
