Hi, I live in the best diving place on earth. Sunny Queensland Australia. I'm only new to the diving scene, particularly spearfishing. I am interested in hearing anyone's training tips to improve my breath hold time. Does anyone have any thoughts on the usefulness of the breath restriction aids?
Cheers Nick

Cheapest thing on the market... a straw:)

Welcome to the DB, just do a search on breathhold tecnniques or check out the beginner freedinving threads.

Good luck!

Welcome to DB, and I am certainly jealous of your diving location! There is far too many tips and training techniques to explain in one post, but take your time and browse the forum often and you will be greeted by a plethora of diving and spearfishing information.
