I bought a rib today, nothing special, its a 3 meter oceanline.

I have a kayak and getting in and out of it is a doddle but not sure how to do it with the rib.

Do you guys use a rope ladder ? or a step of some sort.

Put your right hand in the air pointing north east, then bend your left leg 90degrees, now put your left hand on the rib, turn your head right a little. Hahaahah there is no special way to get back into a rib just pull your self in.

If you have trouble take your weight belt off and put it in the rib before you climb in. The extra buoyancy does help a little bit.

Being of slight forward waistline I tend to do a full on assault type up and over the side belly flop and the guys that I dive with have learnt that its ALWAYS best to let me get back in the boat first.blackeyeroflrofl

clip your weight onto the painter ring in the bow.

then go up and down a few times buillding up momentum, then kick really hard (fins on) and you should be able to haul/drive yourself over the side.

cracking!!!!!! I was in the boat today and used this way to get back in the boat.

I took my weight belt off and popped it in a box next to the outboard before I got back in the boat A lot easier than I thought.

how did you get onto today, did u catch anthing after i left you. I manged to scratch the bottom of my jet already haha rocks just below water hit one only going slow but still did some scratches:head.

and down here if you can't do it and someone has to pull you in, you get a spank on the backside with a big flipper.... : )
