Hi to all,
As soon as i do a hang or a shallow breath in a very relaxed manner, as soon as i reach the surface i get really high as if i had a couple of joints.
Any idea why?

When I was younger I used to get a really good feeing of welling-being doing "statics" - I didn't call them that back then, I was just holding my breath underwater. I learned to relax and do long breath holds that way even before I heard of freediving.
