Just a quickie question ,

When you guys get Ill, ie Flu / Cold, do you think its best to rest during this period or carry on training, I picked up the flu and left it for a week and I started training again, gym + pool sessions and I just dont seem to be getting better, chesty cough still and sniffles.

Joe

yeah if you come out of the pool wet and its chilly outside ur never gonna get rid of that cold because ur immune system is gonna be down allowing the virus to be stronger as your body;s immune is down

no problem ive been looking for every possible way to keep immunity up since a guy at work was diagnosed with swine and good dose of vitamin c always helps you get back together as well
