Gibraltar - EU proposed Atlantic spear fishing ban - petition

This is the only Gibraltar thread I could find. There is an on-line petition to stop the proposed Atlantic spear fishing ban -- Gibraltans your support would be appreciated (the petition website makes special provision for Gibraltans, expats, armed forces, etc. in other areas).
