Giving blood

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
No sience only my own experience, but I don't think it has that big effect on you. Yes, certainly you can't perform as well the first 1-2 weeks, so just plan your donation or your maximum performances in advance (obviously). But I don't think it will impact to heavily on your training. My intension is to perform well under the given circumstances and try not to care or get stressed just because I have donated blood, if the rain is falling or if I feel to hungry. There is nothing I can do about that at right that moment when I'm going to dive, so don't let it stress you. I think you get my drift.

Christian, who's been donating blood regularly for 15 years.
