I just got my Glide with 30 degree angle. My footsize is 43 and a freediving 310mm footpocket seems to be a perfect fit.

Glide fin - what size of footpockets?

, There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

It was aforementioned my Trullalia that black glides have slightly bigger footpockets because they are for freedivers, while yellow glide are made for finswimmer and therefore have a tighter/smaller footpocket.
It is therefore contradictory because finswimmer should need a more comfortable footpocket than a tigher one because of the many hours of training and long surface swims to built muscles required.
If the black Glides have bigger/more comfortable footpockets then the question is why finswimmer are using the yellow ones???
And then the question arise again, should I buy a Glide or not...!

The Finswimmers Glide have one number smaller footpocket than in the freediving models. For example the 310mm freediver is the same as 330mm finswimming.
in finswimming competitions you want the best transfer of power for speed, this requires a tighter pocket especially in sprint distances, freedivers are more concerned with enegy conservation/relaxation swim much slower
