I recently took my Advanced Open Water Diver under the instruction of Vladimir Soto at the Unawatuna Diving Centre in Sri Lanka. I thought you should know that I thought Vlad a first class PADI instructor. His technical instruction was clear and thoughtful and he was extremely patient at all times. The course was all the more memorable having him lead it.
