Going to Bali.. Any tips for good freediving spots?

I went to Bali in april 2007. I spent a week on the east and north east coast,
I would sugest you to go to dive on the Tulamben .

I spent a whole week there freediving from the sun rise to the sunset.
We were staying at the Puri Amada, a cheap hotel just in front of the wreck.
The Hotel was nice and cost only 5 dollars per night. The wreck is only 30 meters from the shore laying at 30 meters deep. Shallowest part of the structure at 5 meters.The boat is about 120 meters long.
Then if you have the right equipment, swimming a few meters away you find all the depth you need and much more.
The place is A M A Z I N G !

Seconded, the wreck of the U.S.S Liberty at Tulamben is amazing....you walk off the rocky beach and swim not 30m and you hit the wreck. Deepest bit maybe 20-30m ish.
Good bits of penetration.
Very very good fun.
Also Blue Lagoon in Pandang Bai. Also very nice. Water Worx dive shop. I think that how its spelt.

Tulamben, I was there in Feb this year, unfortunately they had big swell a few days before and the viz was down from 30m to about 10m or so. Take a wetsuit , fire coral is nasty stuff.
