The Omer cayman series seem good value for a euro around that size. DB member Sunfish has just bought one for use in clear conditions in Irish waters. Several other DB members report good things too. Try searching for Omer Cayman using the search function at the top of the page.

There is a guy in Florida that has been building some great hi tech gear I've been using . He has a cool 115 cm band gun priced at $200.00 but I don't know the protocol for posting links to some one who does not advertise on this site. Maybe some one could link me to the rules of engagement ?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers, Don

Don you should be fine, as your are giving a recomendation not selling a product. a link to an interesting product is always welcome! when done tastefully of course ;)

so link away :)

Here is a image of the gun, the Site and info can be Googled.
