one friend of maine gave me an old OMER excalibur carbonium 120
as i dont have a goon for deeper water or open water & till my wood
arrive i will use this one
so i choose to do an open muzzle rail dyneema & flopper down

i cut the muzzle first the bands screw sokcets with hand saw
then the left over in the sides u have grinded with electric sendpaper
machine till i got it done
this is the upper look
the final polishing i gave to the point where the bulk band bands beacuse
it dosent have a nice way to the band to stratch
the oder step was to put the inox pole points to guide the shaft line &
have the shaft in place
those 2 inox pole i made by a 3 mm inox glued in with polyaster glue
i added a better line holder for a reel
bonjee on the muzzle & clip with swivel ( ORCA.ZA )
long bonjee with fast release & dyneema line to connect to a float line
inside to reduce the agresive pull power of a big fish
this were added as i didnt want to put more money on a reel
i prefer to get a nice woden gun :wink:
18 mm OMER rubber 6.5 mm shaft
dyneema with brass metal balls holders inside
