A week ago I got some russian flue and I have been sick since last thursday :blackeye , finally I'm starting to feel better, I don't have any fever and my head doesnt feel like its going to explode. I really feel like going back to training but allot of people says that you should wait for a while until starting after beeing sick, does anyone know for how long?
