Hi there,

We, two freedivers from the Netherlands, will be freediving on the island of Gozo from april 25th till may 2nd.

Any other freedivers around to meet up with?

Or maybe someone has great tips for dives that are especially good while freediving?

We are also looking for a buoy for doing free immersion. If we can't find one we will improvise one ourselves.

cheers
Eric

I don't know how suitable the blue hole is for freediving but it was one of my favourite dives in Malta / Gozo.

The garden was a lot of fun and pretty shallow (about 10m floor I think with lots of rocks and associated marine life) so assuming it's reasonably accessible without going through the chimney etc I think it would be a good place to go. We got to it at the end of the dive and I remember wishing that we'd spent less time and air trying to find the barracuda again in the dive.
