Dusky Groupers and especially the big ones, are fish that play a crucial role in the amount of sea life a reef holds!

That's why for many years now, i don't shoot over 1 Dusky in a year and instead, i choose to take the other fish that swim around him, like Dentex and Goldbloch groupers.
Especially big Dusky groupers, i shoot them even less and only take one, once every second or third year.

This video is about one of those large Groupers and the Full Method behing the Catch, the Cleaning-Filleting and Cooking of such a large fish.

Hope you enjoy!
