Don't know why it's taken this long for me to find this site but I'm glad I did.
I've been freedive spearfishing for about 25 yrs now, mostly on the Florida west coast. I've never taken any classes and other than keeping myself in good physical shape, I've never done much "specialized" apnea training.
I am often the only freediver in the water as I often catch a ride with hook and line guys or bubble blowers Having said that, I am comfortable spearfishing 85'(laying on the bottom) alone. I've never tested my limits but have recently become intrigued by the thought.
I like to go deep and stay long. Hopefully this site will enlighten me on the subject.
Nice to meet you all, Noah
