I have just joined up here and will be looking to get back in the water this summer. I am PADI Divemaster. I want to get my skills sharpened and would also like to get into freediving - you know a step up from simple snorkeling :)

I've done shore and boat dives from local shops, but nothing related to freediving.

For Scuba one thought I had was to assist in some classes to get refreshed. Does anyone know of any shops or clubs that offer specific refresher courses?
