Hi 2 all...

I am into spearfishing a couple of years and I can still say that I'm a beginner. I live in the continental region and don`t have the chance to be in the sea often. I do not dive deeper than 15m, usually stick to the coast. Catches are not large but there was always something for dinner. I enjoy to dive, so the catches are not even important, the main thing for me is that I am in the sea

hi guys,
I'm going to Dubrovnik this summer for vacation & i would like to spearfish there.
i've read in many website that a licence is needed & can be bought there.

can anybody give me the name of a shop or a place where i can buy my licence in Dubrovnik?
is there any documentation in english regarding the rules (protected area) & fish size & regulations?

U have to buy it online. But u have to buy annual membership of their fishing assotiation first on same website.
Price is 50hrk(8 eur) for membership and then from 60 hrk for 1 day to 700 for 1 month...

Only grouper is protected during summer and u r limited to 5kg + 1 large fish... check online if there is any national parks because there is forbiden
