Greets from New Zealand!! I'm new (2 weeks new) to the sport of Freediving and just doing pool work at the moment.

I've found some great tips and techniques here. If your from NZ and know of any freediving clubs around the South Auckland area, please feel free to drop me a line!

Cheers!!

Welcome Wade, definitely some of your countrymen on the site.

Thanks foxfish and Salehthefish. Looks like I found a place to at least take a few lessons. They aren't local so I can't go often but it's a start!

Cheers!!

Welcome to the NZ freediving community. I take it you've contacted someone from Auckland Freediving? If not, they should be your first stop!

Hi Chrismar,

Yes, I've contacted them now and am in the process of filling in the Auckland Free Diving club membership info.

A bit of conflicting information though on the documentation with regards to practice times and days.

I'll give them a ring to clarify on Monday.

Many thanks!!

hey mate welcome if you ever in the wellington area and fancy a dive give us a call
cheers goldy

G'Day Goldy!!

Much appreciated!! Don't be shocked if I take you up on that offer once I've got a bit more experience under my (weight) belt!!

Cheers!!
