Hi, my name is Blake and I am new to Spearfishing and Freediving. I recently bought a 5mm camo wetsuit and Riffe mask and snorkal. I also purchased a Pole Spear and a 3 band JBL Woody Speargun. I still need to get a few things though and I'm planning a trip to Catalina. I cant wait to get out there.

Can anyone recommend whether I should get a pair long blade fins, as a beginner or if I should get something less expensive and smaller?
