Dabbled in freediving. Max depth 70' and 3:15 breath hold. Now that I'm done schooling...looking to greatly improve these numbers, and become far more comfortable in the water. Seriously, I am in one of the best diving areas and I NEED to take advantage. I figure I need to start outside of the water and work on tables and apnea walks. Any pointers or advice on training schedules, greatly appreciated ;)

That's a great start! You might want to look into a freediving class. You'd make some serious gains that way. Otherwise, the freediving subforum has a ton of information about training and tables. I recommend browsing, and make sure you have plenty of time. There really is a lot of info in there.

Hey man Im located in downtown st pete and just starting out. Any recommendations on classes or anything in the tampa bay area? Id love to hit some shore dives or shallow reefs sometimes.
