Been hanging around for a few days learning from the vast knowledge in this site. So yesterday I decided to join your community to keep learning and to share the little knowledge I migth have and some fishing stories.
I used to freedive and spearfish a lot in the late eighties and early ninetys. But work and other interest:friday took over. Now I am 40 settled down and wat to go back to what I enjoy the most, the ocean. I like going back in time to my roots. Took out the old AB Biller 42 which I bougth 10 years ago and have never been fired to a fish, and got her in condition. Now I am ready for the water.
Now that I can see the pics I'm going to read some more.

A pulmon Welcome to the Forum. The same thing happened to me. I used to go freediving with my Dad all the time to Vieques and Culebra island. I am 44 and live in New Jersey. I started spearfishing again 2 years a go and Love it.

Thanks Spanishfly.
Vieques and Culebra are great diving. There are some gray suits around specially in Vieques. Most of my diving has been on the west side, Cabo Rojo, Mayaguez and parguera.
Used to live in NY and went to Jersey a couple of times. Only went diving once to LI sound and got out of the water as fast as I got in. Way to cold and only saw a couple of bunkers almost against my mask.

Welceom from Texas. When I win the lottery I'l definitely come for an extended stay. rofl
