Hello everyone! I am very new to Freediving, and was very excited to find this site. As far as I can tell there are no freediving courses out here, so finding a source of information like this is fantastic, especially with the manual of freediving not currently in stock!
I have begun using the tables ( thanks to this site for the android link!)and can currently do around 3:50 dry static, 3:30 wet, and 50 m DNF. I haven't found a pool yet that will let me swim with my fins, so no idea what my DYN would be.
I am having a difficult time finding anyone who practices freediving out here , so if you live in the Halifax area please send me a message, i would love to train effectively and most importantly safely.
Look forward to the journey!
