Hello again to everyone on my beloved DeeperBlue!

As some of you might remember, about a year ago I left to do my Basic Military Training.

Well now I am back home and starting my Military Diving Training and I am loving it.

We are normally diving from about 8am until 1am every weekday, and on the weekends we do our own fitness training to prepare for the difficult fitness tests we come across. Its great :blackeye

Well anyway, just wanted to say hi again, and now that I have regular computer access I am looking forward to being a member of this community again!

Reactions: spaghetti and podge
Glad to have you back to DB. Greetings from Texas!

Welcome back Alon, hope they're treating you nicely there in the military

Did I read that right - diving 8am till 1am ??? That's quite a workload!

Good to see you on the forums again.

Cheers,
Ben

hey Alon!! Welcome back! I bet you have some great stories to tell! good to see you back.

Welcome back bud, glad the military life is good for you and oh by the way how’s the old Chicken dance coming along??roflrofl

Good to hear you're still out there! Sounds as if you are enjoying life and the challenges of military training
Erik

Thanks for the warm welcome guys

Yes Benny you did read it right! We are not constantly in the water however, as we split duties and not all of them involve actual diving. Also we are constantly running back and forth recharging cylinders and making up SCUBA Sets.

Welcome back. Sounds like a young mans game. Enjoy.

Do the divers in the military ever carry weapons like spearguns, or is it just knives, limpet mines etc. Just wondered.

Dave

Welcome back, Alon. Been wandering many times how you were doing. Never give up reaching your goals: believe abnd trust, trust and believe in yourself!
