Greets from a new Victoria BC resident

Hi all, my name's Clarke :wave.
I am primarily into exploratory rec freediving (with aspirations to join the spearo crowd). Going to be moving to Vic BC start of September. Little bit excited about that, what with the better vis and plethora of other sea-based activities in Vic (and all over the Island(s)). I started freediving a number of years ago, but its been a while since I have been actively out there doing it. After a few sessions off Mayne Island earlier this month the bug has been firmly re-planted tho! Hopefully there are some breath holders out there whom I can hook up with 4 some dives once I'm settled in? Feel free to PM me if interested, I will also be trying to make it out to some club events @ UBC, etc. Ciao 4 now! :t

Hello! I am just in the process of learning about freediving and spearfishing, and I am also in the Victoria BC area. I am a very busy person, three kids and a blue collar government job, so I am looking for as many like minded divers as i can find. My opportunities to learn freediving and spearfishing from professionals are essentially nil, so a large circle of experienced friends will hopefully help me avoid the most glaring rookie mistakes.
