1. look under rocks and holes to find a reasonable size Grouper.
2. Take Aim
3. Fire.
4.Get it out of the water and take it home.

ingredients
1 Grouper for 4 (decent size)
6 ripe tomatoes( sliced)
2 Grated onions(medium size)
4-6 cloves garlic (depends if you intend on kissing someone)
olive oil(aprox 1/2 cup)
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
salt,peper(to Taste)

place grated onion, crushed garlic, juice of lemons, olive oil,and salt & pepper into a bown and mix together.
After gutting, cleaning and Heading, cut into 1 1/2 inch Steaks along the length. Marinade the steaks with the mix for a couple of hours ( in this time light the clay oven ) if conventional oven then gas mark 6 or electric 180 (i think). after a couple of hours put the fish puzzle back together on 2 sheets of foil ( enough to wrap in) with a bed of 1/2 of the sliced tomatoes under one side, place remaining sliced tomatoes on the other side and fold foil over holding dorsal fin down and pour remaining (if any ) mix into foil and wrap closedsealing the fish and mix. place the package into whatever apliance you have and cook for aprox 45Min to 1 Hour (depending ) Hope you enjoy this as much as i do. :) :) :)
