So, here I am, back home in Switzerland, a country with no ocean but with so much rain, that sometimes even getting to the bus station feels like a dynamic no fins!
I started freediving this march with Mike Board (Apnea Total) on Gili Trawangan: "Man, your blowing bubbles like a scuba diver!" Hmm, got to learn to use those muscles in my throat a bit more controled way, I guess. But it was all good, I left with a big smile, a comfortable 4:08 static and the memories of a few very cool sessions in heavy currents.
Next stop: Perhentians. With Sarah Whitcher and Richard Wonka (AIDA). Richard goes like: "I see a lot of inspiration, but no coordination!" When I left three weeks later, I was hooked. There was no life without freediving anymore.
Now, almost three months later I can see, meditation, yoga and pool training are just visible symptoms of something that goes deep. And its good.
Talking about deep: I'm longing for the next session in warm, salty waters, I'll be back, soon!
So, hello everybody, I'm looking forward to meet you guys.
