Hey all. New to Guam, and to spearfishing. Definitely enjoying the water and the chanllenges associated with this sport. Im hunting dogfish tuna this weekend. I just made a sweet homemade flasher. Will post pictures later if sucessful. Been seeing some smaller doggies around 30-40 ft running in packs. They stay off the reef in the sand which makes them hard to see. Anyone have experience hunting them as I described?

Welcome Caleb. Look forward to seeing some pictures - England is very grey at the moment, so something sunny & blue with clear water would be most welcome . For Tuna fishing posts by forum member Miles are pretty interesting, although his tend to be yellow fin tuna, off the SA coast.

Visibility for days... saw a couple groups of dogfish tuna today. They are fast and spooky as hell. They knew we were there and teased us for it. More to follow...
