Guardian Sat.: Omega 3 & Ginger Bass

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

The Guardian's colour supplement on Saturday had several interesting, well illustrated articles. However the text (only) is already available for some on line:

The first article was on fish oil/Omega 3
[Summary: eat more Omega 3, fish oil is really good for you]

The other article included fish recipes, including a tasty sounding Ginger Bass recipe.

[Gardeners: There was also an article on making a garden arch using live willow.]

I have used this recipe on Bass before but I added two small slices of lemon in the stomach and a little salt.
IMO bass is actually tastier and better cold than warm.
Grey and golden mullet are also fantastic cooked in this manner.
