Hello Guys,

After reading and learning a lot on the forums, I decided to try and fix my mares cyrano 850 spear gun myself. I took the gun apart to perform the necessary fixes. I have a question though. I read that you can use fork oil for the guns but i can't find any where the exact amount. I try the forum search but nothing came up. When i took the gun apart, I pored what was inside the gun into a cup, but just a little bit of oil came out. I would say maybe 2 cc. The gun had lost some pressure, so i assume that probably it lost some oil too. Any help is appreciated. thanks

Thanks Tromic. You are the best. I have read a lot of your threads. It is amazing what you were able to do with the capabilities you had/have. I love your Tomba system. I have been spearing for a long time, but really never knew you could mod a gun. I didn't know about dry systems or any other mods until I started to read your threads and other members post on this forum. I am sure a lot of people agree with me. I look forward to try and contribute in any way i can to the community. Thanks for you response.
