Hi,

New to this forum, as member, but have already read many excellent posts!

I'm a beginner freedvier, just did a beginners course in just this year here in Sweden.

I had plans to do more training in Dahab, Egypt, around november this year. Unfortunately I suffered a AC joint sprain only last thursday due to a bivycle accident, so now my training this fall will be mostly physical therapy to get back (hopefully) full movement in the sholder again. I was very lucky; did not fall on my head and did not wear a bicycle helmet... My freedive training will be limited to dry breathold training for quite a while I guess.

So to all of you who also bicycle regularly: Please do use a helmet!

See you around!

.

That doesn't sound like much fun. Was this a road biking accident?

Water exercises will probably help regain some mobility and flexibility with less stress. When you're ready, of course.

Welcome to the forum, by the way.
