Hi...My name is Lukas, I am from the Czech Republic and I compete in freediving for last 12 months but with lot of time, when I didt train - especialy in summer time and in time of universtity main exams. My current the best performance is 5.02 in STA and 75 meters in DNF. As main training method I usually use walk and stair apneas and four specials walk and stair apneas training with extra weight. Its really very dificult method, but with incredibly positive effect on STA and DNF times. I Prefer hypoxia tolerance table before hypercarbia tolerance training.

I dont think it is some kind of awsome informations :) I think it is normal training if you want to have quite good resutls. And hypoxia tolerance training I prefer, because it minimalize risk of LMC or Blackout, altought max times aren´t so good how they would be with clear CO2 tolerance training. The most of people think the hypoxia training will determinate only O2 extreme low levels and the body tolerance for it with none or small effect on max times. O2 tolerance training is pretty much safer and if training is hard enough (still in 02 mode), the results will become pretty soon.

Lukas
