Hallo I am recreational spearfisher and I never have problem with small traces of blood in the saliva unthil this summer.
I dont know where is the problem, I am using Frenzel maneuver and diving
to 10 - 15 metars/ 30-40 feet.
Could it be problem with a mask, I started to use mares silicone mask
that is very stiff for my face and despite lot of equalizing after diving my
face and nose is irritated.
I have to mention that also had strong cold mounth ago.

I hope that someone with same experience could tell me somthing?

Hello Baracz, and welcome to DeeperBlue! Please use the search function above in the forum menu to look up threads speaking about lung squeeze - there are many of them and I am sure you'll find there the information you are looking for. It could be also trachea or sinus squeeze in your case, or perhaps other reasons too, but you'll find information about them in the same threads too.

Welcome from Texas. I had a gum problem (resolved now) that caused some minor bleeding as I dived & from snorkel. Always rinsed for a while prior to diving with good mouthwash & that helped. :t
