Hallo to everyone,
I'm Menny from Israel, I joined that magnificent site to learn and to broaden my knowledge in free diving. After reading some of the interesting threads here I understood that something is wrong with my training program...I'm training dynamic apnea in a swimming pool for a year now without any significant improvement. Unsuccessfully I tried to find a solution by reading others problems but it seems that this field is quite individual, so I decided to open a new thread asking you guys to express your opinions and suggest me a better route to improve my performance.
Soon I'll open the thread (http://forums.deeperblue.com/freediving-training-techniques/92767-whats-wrong-me.html )
Thanks in advance to everyone,
Menny.
