is it better to use 1 rubber band then the known way of 2 seperate bands

In the spring 2005 issue of HSD they did a test of a beuchat 100 with the hammerhead muzzles.One with the riser and one without and they said the gun shot the same with both muzzles.I think it was only tested on the beachat so it might be useful on another brand gun.There are different band/shaft configurations that will work well with your gun.I would shoot it in it's stock rigging and decide what you need more of (power and accuracy).There are some beuchat owners that can give you some idea what bands-shafts are going to make the gun shoot the way you want.I want to get another gun set up with a single short 3/4 band as opposed to 2 5/8 or 3 9/16 bands for reloding faster.
