just a little F.Y.I i didn't get a PB on my breath holds, but i'm pretty darn sure i've hopped my "wall"!!!!!! i've been doing 2min + holds on a norm now... i just did 3mins and i felt my common blood pressure go up, feeling warming, and oohh boy did that make me happy! i really do enjoy this stuff so i'm just gonna give eveyone a big THANKS for makings this fourm so active.. with out this i wouldn't know where to go :( well tomarrow is preseason pratice and it should be AWESOME! oh and another thing a few days ago when i was doing some holds for minutes my leg mucsles got very weak/felt like they were brozedl.. i read i thred before and people said its beacuse your legs (or your body) isn't used to the low levels of c02 in your body? i'm pretty sure that's what i was feeling but yeah.. well yeah gosh this is so funN!! oh yeah lol on my bday i was in the pool for 3 hours! omg it wasss sosoooo fuN!N!N!!!! ah gosh. everytime after i hold my breath i'm sooo happY.. it's a great feeling!!! well i need to do homework lol!! but yeah hope you guys have a great week
 
go for it! just make sure someone is watching you while you do all this.. see you next year at the Hellas Games ;)
 
Geez.... at 16 I was trying my best to wreck my car just having a new license and doing a darn good job if it.....

Excuse us Xyser while Crusty and I have another bloody argument here.

Yes "Sea Hunt" was in black and white.

Now the strange thing was, the programmes that we had then in black and white, were of course "Sea Hunt", all about scuba diving containing lots of underwater shots. "Adventures in Paradise", about a sailing schooner travelling around the South Pacific. A couple of detective shows filmed in Hawai with the beautiful island backdrop.

Now we've got colour. What do you get? Hospital shows, police shows and stupid sitcom crap all filmed in one or two rooms.

Anyway happy birthday Xyser, now see if you can hold yer breath 'till ur 17.
