Thanks chaps, I have just come back from a visit to the local fishmonger who has very kindly donated the beauty in my pic in honour of my bro, to be consumed by the family!
Funnily enough its Andy's, the fish mongers, birthday today as well!
I have got my outside boiler on the go but, the cray is going to be a tight fit
