Thanks guys :) just a normal work day for me today, but i plan on entering my first XC running race along the cliffs at the weekend as a birthday treat :friday:crutch

Mart, i dont know what heppened! i turned up but either got the wrong place or maybe it was cancelled. I just did a shorter 10 miles from St Martins point to Pleinmont instead. Very enjoyable :) and hopefully next year i'll be fitter and faster... I should be able to find my way to the start of the marathon next year lol...
 
I did a couple of cliff runs in my youth - very, very tough course on the south coast parts, I cant even imagine doing it know!!
I would think a flat marathon run would be easy in compassion!!
I can remember the days of carrying my long board down the Pitit Port steps but only just!
