Hello All!
I was hoping a search might answer this question and spare Me the embarrassment but no joy.
A couple of weeks or so ago I was having a particularly enjoyable dive. I was very comfortable, strong and calm in the water, more so than usual.
It seemed like I could spend all day on the bottom.
infrequently I have excellent days like this, and when I do, I tend to be more aware of things, More in tune with My body and more consciously aware of safety issues.
So its usually My head rather than My lungs that tell Me to surface, and when I do surface My breathing is relaxed and I don't feel gassed and it takes a conscious effort to make Me breathe more purposefully.
Anyway, here's the thing...
During a long, relaxing 'square' dive to around 10 metres I felt something stirring on ascent and as I surfaced... there's 'percy' standing to attention.
I know I was enjoying the dive but thats entirely unnecessary.
In That cautious state of mind I couldn't help wondering... could this be a precursor to a bad episode like BO or something? or an indication of too much or too little of one gas or the other?
Hope someone says something clever so I don't regret this post :-D
BTW, I'm Davie and I'm new, love the forum!
