Hi I have a Hardy salmon rod for sale. I think it's from the 1950's/60's. In good condition and all that.

It has 'The Wye' on the butt and 'Palokona'. Serial number H 3175. It's made of split cane with screw ferrules and copper whipping. Has two tips (three piece).

If there is interest let me know and I can provide photos...

PM me if interested.

Thanks
Ed

£20.05 and a half a bag of left over grout.

And a bid from the Mainland-
I’ll go £50 and a whole unopened bag of Grout.rofl

Seriously mate you ought to get that rod looked at as Magpie is spot on with the collectors bit, if the cane still has some life in it and the ferrules, rings and whipping are all original and it’s in it’s original cloth then it’ll be worth a bob or two.
