"harpoon torch"

Where can i buy online a harpoon torch, i mean the ones you stick to your harpoon and "light comes" (lol)! I have seen the some ones.
ofcause i can use a normal one and use dogtape,but i want some thing more civil and original.

And remember I live in germany and NOT in NZ or SA. The delivery would cost me some big 00!
