I found that many spearfishermen use the dive light xtar d26. It seems that they have two types, the d26 1100 and 1600. There are some reviews on the Scubaboard forum for this d26. A guy made a comparison between this two lights. He said the 1600 is brighter, but only slightly in naked eyes.

The 1600 starts in turbo, then drops sequentially through the remaining 3 modes going lower with each push. The 1100 starts high, then goes to turbo, then cycles through the last 2 modes. Both have push button but the 1100 has a turn to lock feature, where the 1600 has a tap and push / hold for 3 seconds to lock, same in reverse. Both can be powered by either 18650 or the larger 26650 which is really nice. The price of 1100 is lower than 1600.

It seems that the two are very similar in specifications. It’s a pity there was no video comparison in spearfishing. Has anyone used them? Which one is better for fishing?
