Has anyone tried the Mares i3 or Mares Essence Liquidskin Spearfishing Masks

Hi,

I am looking into a new mask, mine is gradually breaking up after 15 years of use. Has anyone tried the Mares i3 or Mares Essence Liquidskin Spearfishing Masks? I was wondering what your views/reviews on those may be? I like the i3's side view, I have that on my current mask, but the shape of the Essence Liquidskin Spearfishing mask makes me wonder if it doesn't also have good peripheral vision?

I have used a Mares Essence liquidskin mask the last tree seasons and I really like it. It is soft and nice to wear. The straps are easy to tighten during a dive.

I normally use this mask when the water is cold, because it is very easy to wash any fog away from the glass in front of both eyes in the beginning of your dive if you have just a little bit of water inside the mask.
 
Hey Gab,
The i3 is a stunning mask. and YES, the peripheral vision is good - real good ! Just two points though, the glass is not bent or shaped, it is cut. so check that it does not leak. And secondly, try both masks on. the best way to see which mask fits YOU better is, after all, for YOU to fit it.
