I'm looking to start in on some road trips to hatteras starting in april. Does anyone have leads on folks already diving there who might want company/dosh for gas? and/or charters that won't kill me (i'm operating solo) Any other general info on the outer banks would be swell. I've surfed there a fair bit but am well out of the loop with regards to spearing. Mahalo for any info, and happy plunging.
