How do I make the bungee piece for a breakaway system? I am not sure how to make that piece and to make it strong enough to hold under pressure from a fish. Anyone have a site that shows how to make a breakaway system with photos and also the bungee piece, thanks all.

You can use a hog ring to make a loop of bungee, or you can just tie a knot.

The bungee doesn't have to withstand the pull from the fish, because the float line is attached to the loop in the end of the shooting line.

Where do you get that little coil, the thing you have on the top of you shooting line ?

It's a Jinkai stainless steel loop protector. I got them in a local fishing tackle shop.
