Diviac was launched mid-2013 as a digital logbook (web & mobile), as well as a social network for scuba divers. Through a series of groundbreaking partnerships, diviac has leapfrogged the competition and is now one of the world’s biggest scuba platforms with more than 200’000 user accounts.
In April 2015, we launched diviac.travel, with the ambition to become the most comprehensive website for scuba divers to find, compare & book their next dive vacation
Job description
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and self-motivated sales expert to become one of diviac’s early team members. The position reports directly to the CEO and is critical to the growth and success of Diviac. Our ambition is to rapidly have the most bookable dive packages available anywhere online… and you will be responsible for making this happen!
You will convert our current listing of 10,000 contacts into “suppliers” and actively acquire new ones. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and our CEO to setup a structured sales approach, as well as professional sales scripts and documentation. You will relentlessly drive prospects through our sales funnel in our CRM until every dive operator is an official “supplier” and has bookable packages on Diviac Travel.

Job description

Responsibilities
- Outbound sales: methodically work our existing contact/lead list, relentlessly following up until each agreement is closed. Use every contact point to identify new leads and grow our funnel.
- Sales methodology: constantly refine our existing sales arguments and sales documentation to increase conversion
- CRM management: you should become our main CRM guru and help other staff members as required.
- Reporting: You will agree on standard sales reports with the CEO, set them up in our CRM and regularly present your performance.
- 3-5 years of B2B outbound sales
- Experience selling to small & medium businesses
- Experience with international sales
- Experience selling to dive centers a plus
- Startup experience a plus
- Active scuba diver
- Perfect command of English. Other languages an asset
- Proven track record of success in SMB sales
- Proficient with the use of CRMs (we use Base CRM)
- Master of multi-channel outbound sales (email and telephone)
- Very structured and methodic
- Ambitious, winner personality
- Relentless at hunting down contacts and getting the deal done
- Willing to work as part of a global, distributed team
