Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone ever had such a problem. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, I can hear blood rushing through my right ear synchronous with my pulse. If I'm doing a Valsalva it sounds like I'm pushing some sort of cotton wool in there. I've already been to the doctor, but he couldn't find any problem.
Since I'm training the Frenzel technique frequently, I get the feeling that the noise appears more often and stronger. Anyone has a clue what this might be?

P.S.: Pleae move to the right section, if it doesn't fit here. :D

I've been looking for an answer to a similar question for a long time. With full lungs something that seems to be a heart beat occurs in my ear. The weird part is the fact that it is always nearly 50 bpm and my heart rate is always 60+ to start with.

Thanks Hank. Nothing seems to fit but if it was the same speed as the heart, there would be many possibilities. Maybe if I work on controlling the rate, there'll be some use for a metronome in my ear.
