I'm new to the forum. A friend of mine turned me on to Deeper Blue, specifically Akoni's thread from a while ago, ' How to start Freediving'. (http://forums.deeperblue.net/beginner-freediving/64959-how-start-freediving.html) I found it very informative and a great starting point. While relatively new to formal freediving techniques, I've been in the water my entire life. Looking forward to learning from the great group of watermen connected through this site.
