Hi!
I'm brand new to diving and I'm hoping I can get some insights!
I'm a gal in my 20's and I've recently become really interested in learning how to freedive. I live in WI and I've had a hard time locating any classes. While I think it would be fun to see how deep I could work my way up to diving, I'm actually more interested in being able to hold my breath under water for longer and longer amounts of time.
I'm very big on safety, so at the moment I haven't even tried anything in a pool because I'd rather take a class and learn what all the precautions to take are (I'm not too keen on accidentally drowning myself!).
I was hoping people could give me some tips on how to find classes/what to look for in a class/etc. or any heads up on articles I should read, out of water exercizes I should start with, etc. until I'm able to find a class. I'd really appreciate the help!
Thanks a bunch!!!
